**The Role**

As an HR Graduate, you will join our Human Resources team and gain broad exposure to a range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle.

This role will provide an opportunity to develop practical experience across HR administration, employee engagement, learning and development, HR systems, policies and people processes while supporting a growing international organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Support day-to-day HR administration and employee queries.
-   Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
-   Maintain accurate HR records and systems.
-   Support employee engagement initiatives.
-   Assist with learning and development activities.
-   Support HR reporting and data analysis.
-   Assist with company policies and HR processes.
-   Support the HR team with projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
-   Work closely with colleagues across the wider business.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
-   Strong interest in developing a career in HR.
-   Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
-   Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong written communication skills.
-   Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
-   Positive, professional and confidential approach.
-   Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
