## Description

Manage and supervise all finance and accounting activities.

Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital.

Oversee monthly and annual financial closing and reporting.

Monitor project and manufacturing costs, profitability, and cost variances.

Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Monitor project budgets, contract costs, commitments, and financial performance.

Coordinate with project, procurement, production, and management teams on financial matters.

Ensure compliance with **VAT, ZATCA requirements, and other applicable regulations**.

Develop and improve financial controls, procedures, and reporting systems.

Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.

Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.

**8+ years of relevant experience** in finance and accounting, preferably within **manufacturing and contracting companies**.

Strong experience in **cost accounting, project accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis**.

Solid knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Experience in managing **cash flow, working capital, banking, and financial planning**.

Good knowledge of **VAT, ZATCA requirements, and Saudi financial regulations**.

Experience with **ERP/accounting systems**.

Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.

**Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills**.

Saudi/GCC experience is highly preferred.
