## Description

Müller's Solutions is on the lookout for an experienced **ServiceNow Technical Consultant** to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions to our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that will enhance their operations.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow technical solutions.
-   Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, ensuring they align with business needs.
-   Provide technical guidance on ITSM processes and best practices to clients and internal teams.
-   Assist in the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and services.
-   Collaborate with developers and functional consultants to ensure a seamless implementation of solutions.
-   Perform system administration tasks and manage application performance tuning.
-   Stay informed about new ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend improvements.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
-   Minimum 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant or technical role.
-   Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
-   Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
-   Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows and business rules.
-   Experience with ServiceNow scripting and implementation of UI changes and Scripted REST APIs.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and technical teams.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   ServiceNow Certifications in ITSM or related fields.
-   Prior experience working in Agile project environments.
-   Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
-   Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and processes.
