### Your Responsibilities

-   Moderate and review user-generated content in Nordic languages across our social media channels.
-   Ensure compliance with community guidelines to promote a safe and engaging online experience.
-   Quickly identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior.
-   Engage with the online community to foster positive discussions and interactions.
-   Provide insights and recommendations to improve moderation practices.
-   Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and friendly working environment.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   A strong interest in social media and community engagement.
-   Prior experience in content moderation is a plus but not necessary.
-   Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
-   Strong communication skills with a positive and approachable demeanor.
