ABA Therapist in classroom Settings

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with children and individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges, providing evidence-based therapy in line with ABA principles.

Responsibilities:

\* Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions to implement ABA strategies.

\* Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising BCBA.

\* Record and analyze data to track progress and inform treatment.

\* Foster positive behavioral changes and skill acquisition in clients.

\* Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and team members.

\* Maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

\* Flexibility working in school settings.

Qualifications:

\* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

\* Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification.

\* Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is an advantage.

\* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs
