This exciting position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about e-commerce and fluent in Swedish. In this role, you will be key in providing outstanding support to our Swedish-speaking customers, ensuring that their online shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone communications.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order status, returns, and payment methods.
-   Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism.
-   Manage customer orders accurately and efficiently throughout the entire process.
-   Stay updated on current product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
-   Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer service experience.
-   Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate follow-up.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
-   Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred.
-   Strong enthusiasm for e-commerce and familiarity with online shopping trends.
-   Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service.
-   Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
-   Ability to work independently while managing customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
