## Description

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Framer** to join our team! In this role, you'll work in a warehouse setting, assembling and building wall panels for new home construction. This is a unique opportunity to work with **Idaho's #1 Home Builder, CBH Homes,** in a controlled environment, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in our building process!

**Responsibilities:**

-   Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
-   Precisely measure, cut, and assemble lumber to build wall panels.
-   Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
-   Ensure all work meets our quality standards and specifications.
-   Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and safe work environment.
-   Help keep the workspace clean and organized.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Proven experience in framing or a related construction trade.
-   Ability to read and understand blueprints.
-   Strong knowledge of various hand and power tools used in framing.
-   Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
-   Ability to work effectively in a team.
-   A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
