## Requirements

-   Manage and support the development of Electrical BIM models
-   Verify models, perform clash detection, and ensure compliance with quality standards
-   Support and mentor BIM team members
-   Coordinate work with other BIM disciplines
-   Prepare BIM documentation: reports, specifications/statements, BIM Execution Plan and shop drawings
-   Work in Revit, Navisworks and Bluebeam on a daily basis
-   Improve workflows and modeling methods as needed
-   Communicate clearly with client BIM teams throughout the project
