Aspire Software is looking for an **Implementation Specialist -** to join our team in Lebanon.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will own the customer relationship during the implementation phase, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and a successful transition into our platform. This position will be instrumental in supporting customer software migrations and the onboarding of new customers, ensuring implementations are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. You will be responsible for assisting with contract creation, customizing agreements, managing technical integrations, and resolving implementation-related challenges, while maintaining a strong focus on service quality throughout the process.

## Requirements

-   1–3 years of experience in a technical, data-focused, or implementation-related role (or equivalent internship/academic experience)
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
-   Comfort working with databases, including writing and executing SQL queries
-   Experience working with structured data formats (CSV, Excel, JSON, etc.)
-   Ability to follow and improve repeatable processes with consistency
-   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate data issues independently
-   Clear written and verbal communication skills
-   Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects and tasks simultaneously
