## Description

1\. Fund & Portfolio Management

-   Assist with monthly/quarterly fund performance and portfolio reporting
-   Update portfolio dashboards
-   Assist in updating, tracking and reviewing asset level and fund-level cash flows, capital calls and distributions
-   Assist with preparation of quarterly investor reporting materials

2\. Transaction & Due Diligence Support

-   Assist with due diligence for new investments / divestments
-   Organise and review information from data rooms
-   Prepare transaction summaries and comparable analysis
-   Support preparation of investment papers and presentations
-   Conduct research on potential investment opportunities and counterparties
