### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer service to Polish-speaking customers across multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general support.
-   Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
-   Engage in continuous learning to increase product knowledge and customer service skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a related industry.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Highly organized and detail-oriented.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia with all relocation expenses fully covered.
