## Description

-   Lead the design, development and maintenance of applications using **C#, .NET and ASP.NET Core**.
-   Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers throughout the SDLC.
-   Design scalable application architectures and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
-   Develop and integrate **RESTful APIs / Web APIs** and backend services.
-   Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.
-   Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support their technical development.
-   Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
-   Identify technical risks, dependencies and performance issues and drive appropriate solutions.
-   Contribute to **CI/CD, automation and DevOps practices**.
-   Participate in Agile/Scrum planning and support successful sprint delivery.
-   Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve application performance and reliability.

## Requirements

-   6+ YOE
-   Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology** or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
-   Strong professional experience in **C# and .NET / .NET Core**.
-   Strong knowledge of **ASP.NET Core and Web API development**.
-   Good experience with **SQL Server and relational databases**.
-   Experience designing and integrating **REST APIs**.
-   Good understanding of **Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles and software design patterns**.
-   Experience with **microservices architecture** is highly preferred.
-   Experience with **Git/source control** and code review practices.
-   Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices**.
-   Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** environments.
-   Cloud experience, particularly **Microsoft Azure**, is a strong advantage. Current .NET Technical Lead postings also highlight Azure services alongside .NET Core, C# and SQL.
