## Description

Duel is a protest against everything wrong in gambling. The purest, fairest casino ever built. The Vatican of gamba. We're waging holy war on scammers, fake bets, and dark patterns; and we need someone to make sure it looks like nothing else out there.

**The role**

You own how Duel feels. Every screen, every interaction, every pixel. We're not building another dark-themed casino that looks like it was stamped out by the same outsourced agency as everyone else. Duel has its own identity: irreverent, bold, distinctive, and you're the person who brings that to life across web and mobile.

You'll work directly with product and engineering. No layers. No approval chains. Your designs ship.

**What you'll do**

- Design interfaces across casino, sportsbook, PvP games, and live experiences
- Own and evolve Duel's design system: consistency without sterility
- Translate product requirements into experiences that are intuitive, fast, and visually distinctive
- Collaborate with developers to make sure what ships matches what you designed
- Create promotional and marketing assets that stay on-brand
- Use player behaviour and data to refine what's working and kill what isn't
- \- Move fast in iterative release cycles without letting quality slip

**What you'll need**

- 3+ years of product or UI/UX design experience, ideally in gaming, gambling, or entertainment
- A portfolio that shows range, speed, and a distinctive eye; not template work
- Expert in Figma
- Experience designing for interactive, high-engagement products
- Comfortable working directly with engineers, not just handing off specs
- Strong opinions on what good looks like. Willing to defend them, willing to be wrong.
- Self-directed. If you need a brief for every decision, this isn't the place.

Come design the casino that makes the rest look like they hired the same guy.
