## Description

### Job Title**: Social Media Manager (Medica/ABA Industry)**

Remote VA PH is looking for an experienced **Social Media Manager** with a strong understanding of the **healthcare industry** to manage, grow, and optimize our social media presence.

**Schedule:** 9 AM - 5 PM EST (Monday - Friday)

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with healthcare marketing goals.
-   Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
-   Manage content calendars and campaign timelines.
-   Monitor engagement, comments, and messages while responding in a professional manner.
-   Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and compliance teams for content approvals.
-   Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
-   Stay updated on healthcare trends, platform updates, and compliance requirements.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in **healthcare, medical, or ABA industries**.
-   Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Meta Business Suite).
-   Strong copywriting and communication skills.
-   Ability to interpret analytics and optimize content strategies.
-   High attention to detail and professionalism.
