SWOT Hospitality is looking to hire a

**Chief Maintenance**

for the **Parian Chronicle Destination by Hyatt**.

**About the role**

The Chief Maintenance will oversee all maintenance operations within the hotel, ensuring that the property remains in top physical condition. This role will be responsible for developing maintenance schedules, managing a maintenance team, and implementing effective maintenance programs to uphold safety and operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion of maintenance requests and projects.
-   Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs for all hotel facilities and equipment.
-   Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and comply with safety regulations.
-   Manage budgeting for maintenance operations and ensure appropriate utilization of resources.
-   Respond to emergencies and operational issues promptly.
-   Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and environmental compliance.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
-   Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
-   Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
-   Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
-   Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
-   Relevant certifications in maintenance or engineering (Diploma/Degree preferred).
