## Description

-   Payment Operational Control: full cycle across the department: budget, contract, invoice, delivery confirmation, actuals. Three-way matching, rate card compliance, vendor due diligence, approved vendor list maintenance;
-   Budget Planning: annual budget preparation, participation in rebudgeting, consolidation of planning data, collaboration with business units;
-   SAP Concur: posting attribute accuracy control, approval workflow setup, budget check, audit trail, participation in automation initiatives;
-   Analytics and Reporting: weekly P&L reconciliation, plan-vs-actual analysis (YTD, Run Rate, Estimated Year-End), variance analysis, Commitment Forecast, management reports for monthly review.;
-   Internal Controls: support and maintenance of expense control procedures, compliance with policies and standards, ad-hoc management requests.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
-   5+ years of proven experience in budgeting, financial operations,, controlling, or financial planning in a global or international company;
-   Background in banking, brokerage, or fintech environments is preferred;
-   Experience working with SAP and/or Anaplan;
-   Fluency in Russian and English is required; other languages are an advantage;
-   Detail-oriented, structured, and result-driven mindset;
-   Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage competing priorities;
-   Team player with a collaborative mindset;
-   Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
