## Description

**This opportunity is open exclusively to European-based doctors seeking relocation to Dubai.**

A leading healthcare facility is seeking a **Specialist Psychiatrist** to provide comprehensive mental health services for adult and/or pediatric patients. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of psychiatric disorders through evidence-based pharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions. The specialist will work collaboratively with psychologists, social workers, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, patient-centered care while participating in clinical governance, quality improvement, and continuous professional development.

## Requirements

-   Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
-   Recognized Specialist Qualification in **Psychiatry**.
-   Minimum **3–5 years of post-specialty experience** preferred.
-   Expertise in the diagnosis and management of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, substance use disorders, and other psychiatric conditions.
-   Experience in inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and community mental health services is an advantage.
-   Strong communication, empathy, leadership, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
-   Commitment to evidence-based practice, clinical governance, research, and continuous professional development.
