## Description

### About the role 

We're building the go-to-market system that will drive our sales motion for the next several years. You'll be the person connecting data sources, designing automation flows, configuring the CRM, and making sure the right reminder reaches the right person at the right time. 

That means connecting our data sources, setting up automations, configuring the CRM, and making sure the right reminder reaches the right person at the right time. You'll work directly with the system owner — together you're a small two-person team supporting the wider sales, marketing, and BD organization. 

Because the team is not that big, you'll have real ownership - including choosing which tools we use. 

### What you'll do 

-   Pick the toolstack. Evaluate options for our database, CRM, automation platform, and attribution tools. Recommend a stack, explain the tradeoffs, and revisit those choices as we grow. 

-   Build the central database. Design the schema, set up data ingestion, write the rules that keep data clean, and sync it with the CRM. 

-   Automate lead intake from scrapers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, expos, and manual sources. 

-   Run automated enrichment pipelines to fill in contact data automatically. 

-   Integrate campaigns - push segments to performance marketing tools, pull engagement events back into the database. 

-   Set up attribution — UTM tagging, contact-level conversion tracking, and the integration with paid ad platforms. 

-   Build reply parsing — use AI to classify replies and update lead stages automatically, with human review for the ambiguous ones. 

-   Manage suppression — channel-aware "do not contact" rules across all outbound tools to protect deliverability. 

-   Build reminders and triggers — the rules that send the right notification to marketing, BD, or sales based on what's happening with each lead. 

-   Build dashboards — the merged view of marketing and sales pipelines, attribution data, and forecasts.

## Requirements

-   2+ years working at a B2B company - ideally one doing a lot of outbound 

-   Real experience picking tools -you've evaluated vendors, sat through demos, made build-vs-buy calls, and lived with the results 

-   Solid hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, n8n) at real scale - not just a couple of Zaps 

-   SQL skills - you can write queries without an LLM doing it for you, and you understand joins, indexes, and how databases work 

-   Experience integrating CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, or similar) using APIs and webhooks 

-   Understanding of email, LinkedIn, Telegram deliverability - why warmup matters, what gets accounts banned, how suppression should work 

-   Comfortable with JSON, REST APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting 

### Nice to have 

-   Hands-on experience with cold-outbound tools — Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach, Expandi, Apollo, or Clay 

-   B2B attribution experience — UTMs, conversion APIs, multi-touch models 

-   Experience using AI APIs (Claude, GPT) inside automation tools, including writing prompts for classification tasks 

-   Background in iGaming, fintech, or another regulated industry — you don't need to know iGaming, but the instincts help 

-   Light coding ability in Python or JavaScript for the times no-code tools fall short
