### Responsibilities

-   Offer exceptional customer support to Croatian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account management.
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
-   Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
-   Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
-   Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about product updates and service enhancements.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service or related roles is an advantage.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-paced environment.
-   Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
-   Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering the best customer experience.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
