## Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in a BI, data engineering or analytics engineering role
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex, large-scale datasets
- Solid Python knowledge for data processing and automation
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business problems into data solutions
- Clear communicator — comfortable presenting technical work to non-technical stakeholders

**Nice to have**

- Experience in logistics, supply chain or operations analytics
- Background in forecasting, planning or financial reporting systems
- Knowledge of statistics or predictive analytics
