## Description

TS Trucking is seeking an organized and proactive **Administrative Driver Assistant** to support daily administrative and operational activities. This role is responsible for coordinating document deliveries, managing administrative procedures, supporting driver-related processes, and ensuring compliance with company requirements.

The successful candidate will collaborate with different departments, assist with documentation management, and provide support with external errands and company procedures.

**Work Schedule:**

-   Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
-   Saturday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

**Responsibilities**

-   Support and coordinate administrative procedures and company documentation.

-   Pick up, deliver, and organize official documents and sensitive records.
-   Assist with driver-related administrative processes and documentation.
-   Monitor and track legal, operational, and driver documentation to ensure compliance.
-   Coordinate external errands and administrative tasks required by the company.
-   Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of documentation.
-   Support different departments with administrative and operational activities.
-   Follow up on document renewals, permits, and company requirements.
-   Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and administrative requests.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to maintain efficient workflows.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
-   Previous experience in administrative support, logistics, document control, or a similar role.
-   Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
-   Valid U.S. Tourist Visa (B1/B2).
-   No transportation or commute limitations.
-   Ability to travel reliably to the office location, as public transportation access may be limited.
-   Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
-   Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
-   Intermediate to Advanced Conversational English.
