**Full-Time Physical Therapist**

**Quick Overview**

A full-time Physical Therapist position is available in **Greenwood, MO** within a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is a strong fit for a new graduate ready to build clinical confidence or an experienced PT looking for a steady outpatient role with professional growth.

You will work with patients ages **11 to 90**, primarily treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. The clinic uses **WebPT** and has a clinical team made up of **2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants**.

**Compensation**

**New Graduate:** $65,000–$70,000 per year  
**Experienced Physical Therapist:** $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on years of experience

**Schedule Options**

The clinic offers flexibility and strongly prefers one of the following schedules:

**Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days**

-   Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
-   Tuesday off each week

**Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule**

-   Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
-   Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

**What the Role Looks Like**

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, build treatment plans, provide therapy, monitor outcomes, and help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and daily function.

The clinic sees approximately **160–190 patient visits per week**, with each PT typically seeing **7–15 patients per day**. The patient flow supports a busy but structured outpatient environment where teamwork and communication are important.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal needs
-   Create treatment plans based on diagnosis, function, goals, and clinical findings
-   Provide hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, and functional movement work
-   Guide patients through recovery plans and home exercise programs
-   Reassess progress and adjust treatment when appropriate
-   Complete documentation in WebPT accurately and on time
-   Work closely with PTAs and fellow clinicians to support patient progress
-   Help patients return to work, sports, daily routines, and improved physical function

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
-   Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but not required
-   Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
-   Comfortable treating patients across a wide age range
