## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Content Moderator to work in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a paid relocation package. This role provides a fantastic chance to live in a dynamic city while ensuring the quality and safety of online content for our Italian-speaking community. As a Content Moderator, you will review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring strict compliance with established community guidelines.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian to ensure adherence to community standards.
-   Accurately classify and assess content based on company policies.
-   Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to relevant teams.
-   Provide feedback on content trends and moderation challenges to improve processes.
-   Collaborate effectively with other team members to maintain high moderation standards.
-   Keep up to date with company policies regarding content moderation and community safety.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
-   Experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply moderation guidelines.
-   Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate moderation decisions.
-   Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and maintain confidentiality.
-   Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is beneficial.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia and integrate into a new cultural environment.
-   Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
