### Role Overview

We're looking for a versatile technical leader to steer the delivery of complex, cloud-native solutions for our Key Accounts. This role serves as the critical bridge between our American clients and our teams located in Europe.

This position requires an individual based in Argentina, with the flexibility to engage in early morning collaboration with European teams. As a trusted technology voice, you will partner closely with the North America Technical Director, Sales, and Delivery leads to shape architectural strategy and drive new business initiatives.

The work ranges from building high-scale content platforms to defining the next generation of AI-enabled experiences and Agentic solutions. You will be instrumental in translating client needs into robust technical designs and ensuring that execution meets the specific ways of working required by our Key Accounts.

### As a Tech Lead at Beyond, you’ll:

-   Lead and steer engineering delivery for Key Accounts, acting as the technical authority for work executed by teams in Argentina and Europe, ensuring alignment on architectural vision and quality.
-   Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding them on technology roadmaps, solution design, and the adoption of AI and cloud innovations to advance their offerings.
-   Drive new business and pre-sales activities, collaborating with Sales to pitch solutions, provide technical advisory, and ensure all technical requirements are addressed within proposals.
-   Author and own Technical Design Documents, translating complex business requirements into executable architectural blueprints that leverage modern Google Cloud architecture patterns.
-   Architect and validate AI-driven solutions, specifically focusing on LLM integrations and Agentic workflows, moving beyond theory to production-grade implementation.
-   Maintain hands-on oversight of the code and infrastructure, championing best practices in full-stack development (Python, Angular, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
-   Write code, configure infrastructure and develop features for client projects and proof-of-concept applications.
-   Enforce and adapt to client-specific ways of working, ensuring our delivery seamlessly integrates with the compliance, security, and process requirements of large-scale enterprise accounts.
-   Design scalable cloud architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), optimizing for performance, reliability, and observability.

### Things that will make you stand out:

-   Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
-   8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong track record in solution architecture and technical leadership within a consultancy or client-facing environment.
-   Substantial knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services, including Cloud SQL, Datastore, Cloud Run, Vertex AI, and BigQuery. Formal GCP certifications are highly desirable.
-   Proven experience in AI Solution Design, specifically with Large Language Models (LLMs) and the development of Agentic systems or intelligent automation.
-   Strong full-stack engineering background, with mastery of Python for backend services, and Angular for frontend applications.
-   Deep understanding of data and analytics, specifically in architecting measurement strategies, experimentation frameworks, and robust data collection mechanisms to drive informed business decisions.
-   Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence engineering direction.
-   Experience leading distributed teams, specifically ability to manage the workflow between US-based clients and global delivery centers.

### Nice to Have

-   Specialization in Google Cloud's Generative AI SDK and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex to build context-aware applications on Vertex AI.
-   Experience integrating with enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS) or Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) as part of larger content ecosystems.
-   Familiarity with data engineering concepts, including data pipelines and vector databases, to support RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
-   Experience integrating analytics solutions, with a proven track record of implementing measurement strategies, experimentation and data collection mechanisms.
-   Background in e-commerce or financial services, understanding the specific data and security constraints of these industries.
