### Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our inbound and outbound sales teams. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving closing performance, increasing subscription sales, and ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coach and develop sales representatives, track performance through key metrics, and foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement. **This is a fully remote role, and we welcome applications from qualified candidates across Latin America and the Caribbean.**

### Responsibilities

-   Lead, coach, and develop inbound and outbound sales teams.
-   Monitor and improve key KPIs, including closing ratio, subscription upsell performance, quality scores, and customer experience metrics.
-   Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance evaluations.
-   Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, conversion rates, and team effectiveness.
-   Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
-   Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives as needed.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience managing sales teams.
-   Direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales experience with a proven track record of successfully selling products or services directly to individual consumers.
-   Proven track record of improving sales performance and achieving revenue goals.
-   Experience leading inbound and outbound sales operations.
-   Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
-   Ability to analyze KPIs and drive performance improvements.
-   Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
-   Experience in technology services, IT support, managed services, or a related industry is a plus.
