## Description

**About Brainbox**

Brainbox is a unique BPO that focuses not only on delivering excellent service but also on fostering an amazing culture. Rooted in our core value of ‘Always Be Kind,’ we prioritize kindness in every policy, decision, and action. Our Philippines management team is composed entirely of Filipinos, and we provide unlimited training and HMO benefits from day one to help our people grow and become their best selves.

Our client is a recognised international governance firm. Their software platform, Governance Manager, helps

organisations measure, manage and improve governance and capability maturity — with an extensive library of

frameworks, benchmarking, improvement planning and reporting. It is established, proven and trusted by

government and corporate clients, and has been deployed at whole-of-sector scale.

They are entering an ambitious growth phase and are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take

the lead on sales worldwide.

**The role**

As the sales lead, you will own the commercial growth of Governance Manager end to end. You will sell through

three motions — direct clients, channel partners (consulting and audit firms), and international software

distributors — supported by local Australian product leadership for demonstrations and technical depth. This is a

hands-on, target-driven role with real ownership and a clear growth mandate.

- Build and convert a qualified pipeline across direct, partner and distributor channels.
- Run discovery and product demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate and close.
- Recruit, enable and manage channel partners and international distributors.
- Pursue whole-of-sector and government programs, and expand existing accounts into multi-year recurring contracts.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting and KPI reporting (HubSpot).
- Work closely with the Director and product leadership to hit aggressive growth targets.

## Requirements

**Essential**

- You must have direct, recent and verifiable experience selling software (SaaS) solutions to Australian and/or US distributors, partners and/or direct clients.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding B2B software sales targets.
- Experience building and managing partner, reseller or distributor channels.
- Full-cycle sales capability: prospecting, qualification, demonstration, proposal, negotiation and close.
- Excellent written and spoken English, and confidence engaging Australian and US executives.
- Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot or equivalent) and accurate forecasting.

**Also valuable**

- Governance, risk, compliance or audit domain knowledge.
- Selling into government and not-for-profit sectors.
- Whole-of-sector or enterprise deal experience.
- An existing Australian and/or US network.

**How to apply**

Send your CV and a short cover note that evidences recent, verifiable software sales to Australian and/or US distributors, partners or direct clients, kindly include named results, indicative deal sizes and contactable references.

Please note that experience and references will be verified as part of selection.
