## Description

**Wing Resource Advisor**  
Team Spectrum is seeking an experienced financial and resource management professional to support budget planning, execution, and analysis in support of mission priorities. This role is a strong fit for a candidate who enjoys translating financial data into actionable recommendations, partnering with leadership, and helping ensure resources are aligned to operational requirements. This position is contingent upon award to Team Spectrum.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Serves as a resource advisor and budget analyst supporting day-to-day budget formulation, execution, tracking, and financial analysis activities.
-   Assists leadership with routine budget and financial management matters and serves as a functional point of contact for funding issues.
-   Coordinates with higher headquarters and budget offices to obtain, monitor, track, and reconcile organizational funding and resource requirements.
-   Reviews, analyzes, consolidates, and summarizes budget submissions, source documents, automated data, and accounting reports for planning purposes.
-   Develops budget estimates, annual financial plans, and supporting justifications based on mission requirements, trends, and historical spending patterns.
-   Monitors obligations, expenditures, reimbursable orders, and allotment actions to identify over execution, under execution, and funding shortfalls.
-   Prepares reprogramming actions, funding adjustments, and transfer recommendations to address emergent requirements and changing mission priorities.
-   Advises managers on the proper use of funds, available appropriations, budget impacts, and compliance with fiscal policies and procedures.
-   Participates in financial working groups and boards by preparing recommendations, defending requirements, and prioritizing funded and unfunded needs.
-   Uses automated budget systems and standard software tools to produce reports, conduct analyses, perform quality checks, and support budget training for organizational personnel.

## Requirements

**Required Experience:**

·         Minimum of four (4) years of experience working as a squadron-level or higher Resource Advisor, with experience interfacing with higher headquarters and familiarity with Air Force financial management software, including DEAMS and PIEE
