## Description

Apt Resources is seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Steward to join the team at a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel on the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The Kitchen Steward plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils in accordance with hygiene standards.
-   Efficiently manage dishwashing duties and ensure timely availability of clean kitchenware.
-   Assist with the receiving, storing, and proper handling of food supplies.
-   Ensure garbage disposal and waste management are handled promptly and according to hotel protocols.
-   Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and organization as required.
-   Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
-   Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of service.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Kitchen Steward or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
-   Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards applicable in a 5-star hotel kitchen.
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
-   Good physical stamina to handle the demands of kitchen labor.
-   Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
-   Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
-   Must be currently in UAE
