 **Responsibilities for Branch Finance Manager:**     

-   Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
-   Manage collections portfolio delinquency & charge-off 
-   Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
-   Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
-   Help ensure branch compliance
-   Back up the Branch General Manager as needed

**Requirements for Branch Finance Manager:**     

-   2+ years experience first-party collections
-   Subprime experience is a plus
-   Title work experience
-   Computer proficiency
-   Customer service focus
-   Leadership ability

 **Work Hours for Branch Finance Manager:**     

-   No Sundays
-   Mon- Sat with a weekday off
-   Store hours Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat 9am-4pm
