**ABOUT THE ROLE**

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery services and is seeking an experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join its clinical team.

The role offers an opportunity for an internationally trained plastic surgeon to work within a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a diverse patient population. The successful candidate will provide advanced aesthetic and reconstructive surgical care while working closely with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining high standards of patient-centred care.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment facilities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Assess and treat patients requiring aesthetic, reconstructive, hand, trauma, breast and soft-tissue procedures according to clinical expertise and scope of practice.  
• Perform surgical and non-surgical plastic surgery procedures with appropriate patient selection, informed consent and realistic counselling.  
• Manage perioperative planning, informed consent, postoperative complications, wound care and follow-up.  
• Collaborate with dermatology, oncology, orthopaedics, ENT, maxillofacial surgery and rehabilitation teams when required.  
• Maintain high standards of clinical photography, documentation, patient confidentiality and surgical governance.  
• Support service development through ethical clinical practice, patient education and quality improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

Applications are welcome from internationally trained Consultant Plastic Surgeons holding recognised specialist qualifications such as:

• American Board of Plastic Surgery  
• UK CCT / FRCS Plastic Surgery  
• European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery  
• Royal College Certification, Canada  
• Australian FRACS  
• Arab Board  
• MCh / DNB / FCPS or an equivalent recognised specialist qualification

Candidates from the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, India, the Middle East, Africa and South America may be considered, subject to eligibility for UAE medical licensing and the healthcare facility's credentialing requirements.
