## Requirements

### 🎯 **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Run technical workshops in French to extract and document requirements from local end-users.
-   Translate complex business needs into precise, technical English inputs for distributed offshore engineering teams.
-   Provide high-level technical direction, review pull requests, and manage daily deliverables.

### 📝 **What You Need:**

-   10+ years of experience bridging the gap between business sponsors and global IT teams.
-   Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills (flexible for occasional late-night coordination calls).
-   Strong technical roots in Microsoft technologies and Azure CI/CD pipelines to effectively guide developers.
