## Description

Pollo Regio in Little Elm, TX, is seeking a passionate and skilled Grill Cook to join our team! Our Grill Cooks play a vital role in preparing and cooking our signature dishes to ensure our customers receive the highest quality meals.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Grill items according to established recipes and cooking procedures
-   Maintain a clean and organized work environment
-   Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed
-   Collaborate with team members to meet service goals
-   Restock supplies and ingredients as needed

## Requirements

-   Proven cooking experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
-   Knowledge of food safety guidelines and standards
-   Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
-   Good communication and teamwork skills
-   Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
