**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Dragonfly Cares is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized in-home services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about supporting diverse families and helping ensure accessible, high-quality care within the home and community.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

-   Provide services in both English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication with bilingual and Spanish-speaking families
-   Conduct Assessments and develop Individualized ABA treatment Plans
-   Conduct Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions in English and/or Spanish to empower caregivers
-   Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results.
-   Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to ensure comprehensive support.
-   Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes.
-   Stay informed on the ethical standard and latest advancements in ABA practices.

## Requirements

-   Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
-   Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (required)
-   Eligible to work in the United States
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
-   1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
-   Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
-   Experience working independently in home-based settings is a plus

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (BONUS POINTS)**

-   Experience delivering Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions
-   Experience implementing in-home Behavior Intervention Services (BIS)
-   Familiarity with ABA-based therapy platforms and electronic data collection tools
