### Responsibilities

-   Deliver top-notch customer service through chat, email, and phone to our valued **Dutch**\-speaking clients.
-   Resolve queries and concerns with a friendly and professional approach.
-   Guide customers in navigating our products and services, enhancing their gaming experience.
-   Collaborate with a dynamic team to maintain an outstanding level of service.
-   Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
-   Collect and share customer feedback to help shape better service experiences.
-   Participate in engaging training sessions to boost both your product knowledge and service skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in **Dutch** and proficient in English; additional languages are a bonus!
-   Previous experience in customer service or a similar environment is a plus.
-   Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Adept at multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
-   Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
