Tristate Graphics is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Wide Format Installer to join our team. As a Wide Format Installer, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient installation of wide format graphics, signage, and other visual display products for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that meets client specifications and company standards. ### Responsibilities

-   Measure and assess installation sites to ensure proper graphic placement and fit.
-   Install wide format graphics on various surfaces including vehicles, walls, windows, and floors.
-   Handle and apply pressure-sensitive vinyl, laminates, and other wide format materials with precision.
-   Prepare surfaces and materials for installation by cleaning, priming, and ensuring adhesion.
-   Coordinate with clients and project managers to confirm installation requirements and schedules.
-   Maintain and organize installation tools, equipment, and materials to ensure job readiness.
-   Inspect installed graphics for quality, alignment, and adherence to company standards.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in wide format graphic installation or a related field.
-   Ability to read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.
-   Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina to handle installation tasks including lifting and working at heights.
-   Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address installation challenges.
-   Familiarity with pressure-sensitive vinyl application and surface preparation techniques.
-   Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for off-site installations.
-   Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime when required.
