- Coordinate induction and probation, making sure new joiners and managers have the right information, support and documentation
- Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, offer letters and employment documentation

**Systems & reporting**

- Maintain and update people systems, including HiBob, ensuring data is accurate and well managed
- Support recruitment administration via Workable, including interview coordination and candidate communications
- Produce regular people reports, dashboards and workforce insights to support decision-making
- Support payroll, benefits, pay review and bonus administration

**Projects & continuous improvement**

- Assist with learning, development, capability and career progression activity
- Contribute to People and Enabling Team projects, process improvements and AI-enabled ways of working

## Requirements

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across the business
- Strong judgement, discretion and respect for confidentiality
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset, comfortable managing multiple priorities
- A genuine interest in building a career in People, Talent, HR, Operations or People Analytics

**Desirable:**

- Previous HR, recruitment, operations or administration experience
- Experience with HR systems such as HiBob and Workable
- Experience producing reports or working with people data
- Relevant Business or HR degree-level qualification. CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards one — \[ICC offers study support / funding towards CIPD, if applicable\]
- Available to start immediately or within a short notice period
