## Description

### Responsibilities:

-   Design and implement data management processes and systems
-   Develop and enforce data governance practices and standards
-   Ensure data integrity and quality through data cleansing and validation processes
-   Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
-   Collaborate with technical teams to implement data integration solutions
-   Create and maintain documentation for data management procedures and processes
-   Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data management

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
-   Proven experience as a Data Management Specialist or similar role
-   Strong knowledge of data management principles and methodologies
-   Experience with data governance practices and standards
-   Familiarity with data quality management processes
-   Proficiency in SQL and database development
-   Experience in data integration and ETL processes
-   Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques
-   Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
-   Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
