**Your Role:**

-   Provide customer service and support to Norwegian-speaking clients.
-   Respond effectively to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
-   Develop expertise in our systems and processes to deliver high-quality service.
-   Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is mandatory for effective communication.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
-   Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
-   Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
-   No experience needed, but willingness to learn! 
-   Ready to relocate to Greece with full paid relocation support.
