## Description

We're looking for a hands-on, technically strong Team Lead to own one of our core products end to end. You'll lead a small, sharp team of engineers while staying deeply embedded in the codebase yourself.

**What You'll Do**

-   Take full end-to-end responsibility for the product's development.
-   Lead a team of 2-3 engineers while remaining hands-on in the code every day.
-   Design and develop new features, plan the roadmap, and keep quality high across the board.
-   Raise the bar - define engineering standards and best practices: design methodology, code reviews, coding conventions, and more.
-   Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to keep everything running smoothly.

**What You Bring**

-   2+ years of experience as a software team lead.
-   Proven track record building frontend and backend for multi-service systems.
-   Strong hands-on expertise in **Node.js** and **TypeScript**.
-   Solid experience with **VueJS**.
-   Familiarity with a message broker (**RabbitMQ** or **Kafka**) and a NoSQL data store (**MongoDB** or similar).
-   Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills - you enjoy digging into hard technical problems.
-   A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering - a plus
-   You can lead, mentor, and align across teams with ease.
