Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Work Schedule: Flexible with PH hours that overlap with US ET

Employment Set-up: Remote (Independent Contractor)  

Employment Type: Full-Time / Long Term

Salary Range: USD 1,200 - 1,500/ Month

Benefit: 10 PTO and HMO after the probationary period

Pay-out Frequency: Semi-monthly

**Job Summary:**

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the evaluation stage of our hiring process. A dedicated Sourcing & Recruitment Coordinator handles sourcing, candidate emails, and scheduling — so your day is spent on what requires real judgment: reviewing, interviewing, and endorsing. You'll work directly with our Global Talent Acquisition Manager and grow through weekly coaching.

**What You'll Do:**

-   Review. Evaluate video introductions and role-specific assessments to decide who moves forward — quickly and fairly.
-   Interview. Conduct up to 10 interviews per day (30 minutes each, 5 hours of interviewing daily) with the preparation and focus each candidate deserves.
-   Write. Produce clear, honest interview notes and candidate profilers that hiring leaders can act on the same day.
-   Endorse. Put your best candidates forward to Ops Leads and Executives with conviction and evidence.
-   Source. Contribute sourcing efforts on top of the coordinator's pipeline — your network and eye for talent add a second layer to our search.
-   Calibrate. Attend weekly coaching, team meetings, and calibration sessions, and send a daily end-of-day report on your pipeline.

## Requirements

-   2+ years of US recruiting experience; you've hired for US-based companies or clients and know that market's pace and expectations. This is non-negotiable.

-   Full-cycle experience: sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsement, and offer coordination.
-   Strong sourcing instincts on LinkedIn and social media. You're comfortable building a visible recruiting presence online.
-   Excellent written and spoken English; your profilers and candidate emails represent us.
-   Organized and self-directed. Daily reporting and multiple open roles don't rattle you.
-   Comfortable working US hours, with flexibility across regions.
-   Bonus: experience recruiting in the Philippines or Latin America markets.
