A healthcare organization in Rutland is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified **Eligible or Board-Certified Urologist** to join a collaborative medical team dedicated to providing high-quality urologic care. ### Position Overview

The Urologist will diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system. The physician will work closely with primary care providers, specialists, and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage conditions related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system
-   Perform urologic surgical procedures and minimally invasive treatments as appropriate
-   Conduct patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations
-   Interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging studies and laboratory results
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
-   Provide patient education regarding treatment options, medications, and preventive care
-   Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care

## Requirements

### General Requirements

-   Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
-   Board Certified or Board Eligible in **Urology**
-   Completion of an accredited residency program in urology
-   Eligible for or able to obtain a Vermont medical license
-   Strong clinical and surgical skills
-   Excellent communication and patient care abilities
-   Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
