## Description

**Southern National Roofing** is hiring **Inside Sales Representatives** to work out of our Charlotte call center. This is a phone-based role supporting our outside sales teams by engaging homeowners, handling inbound and outbound calls, and setting qualified appointments.

### Schedule

-   This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Charlotte, NC office. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
-   **40 hours per week**
-   Shifts scheduled between:

-   **Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 9:00pm**
-   **Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm**

-   **No Sundays**

### Compensation

-   **$30,000 – $75,000 per year**
-   Paid as an hourly rate **plus commission**
-   Strong performers typically land in the **$50K–$75K range** once established

### What You’ll Do

-   Handle inbound calls from homeowners and internal marketing teams
-   Make outbound calls to existing leads and prospects in our database
-   Schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales team
-   Promote Southern National’s roofing solutions and customer experience
-   Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM
-   Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

## Requirements

-   Experience in inside sales preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to handle high-stress situations in a calm and professional manner.
-   Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
-   Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce).
-   Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
-   A positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and a genuine desire to help customers.
