Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are currently seeking a Sprinkler Operations Manager to join our team of over 1,200 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry.

**Job Description:**

As the Sprinkler Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the sprinkler division within Firetrol Protection Systems.

-   Lead and manage a team of sprinkler technicians and support staff
-   Plan and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and customer requirements
-   Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
-   Monitor and manage project budgets and financials
-   Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure successful project implementation
-   Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and quality
-   Provide technical guidance and support to the team as needed
-   Stay updated with industry trends and advancements

## Requirements

-   Prior experience in a managerial role within the fire sprinkler industry
-   Strong knowledge of sprinkler systems and installation practices
-   Excellent leadership and team management skills
-   Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
-   Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Proficient in relevant industry codes and regulations
