**Full-Time Remote | U.S. Business Hours**

We’re hiring a highly analytical and execution-focused **AI Automation Specialist** to design, build, and maintain AI-powered automation systems that eliminate manual work and improve operational efficiency across the business.

This is not a theoretical AI role.

This is a hands-on implementation role for someone who understands:

-   automation workflows,
-   AI integrations,
-   APIs,
-   operational systems,
-   and scalable process design.

You’ll work across multiple business functions including:

-   operations,
-   customer support,
-   marketing,
-   reporting,
-   CRM workflows,
-   onboarding,
-   and internal systems

to automate repetitive work and improve business efficiency using AI and automation tools.

-   Ensure reliable data flow across systems and platforms

### **Workflow Optimization & Monitoring**

-   Monitor automation reliability and performance

### **Documentation & Operational Visibility**
