**Physical Therapist**

**Location:** Pleasant Valley, MO  
**Position:** Full-Time Physical Therapist  
**Salary:** $90,000–$100,000 per year

**About This Opportunity**

A modern outpatient orthopedic clinic in Pleasant Valley is looking for a **Physical Therapist** to support patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. This role includes evaluation, treatment planning, patient education, hands-on care, and progress tracking.

This is a good fit for a PT who wants a professional clinical environment, a steady schedule, and a team that values collaboration. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and experienced clinicians will also find room for continued development.

**What You Can Expect**

You will see approximately **7–15 patients per day** and work within a clinic that averages **160–190 visits per week**. The patient population ranges from **11 to 90 years old**, creating variety in the types of treatment plans, recovery goals, and functional needs you will support.

The clinic uses **WebPT** and includes a team of **2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants**.

**Preferred Schedule Options**

**Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred**

-   Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
-   Tuesday off each week

**Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule**

-   Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
-   Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Evaluate patients and determine physical therapy needs
-   Build individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal concerns
-   Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, strengthening, mobility work, and functional rehab
-   Treat patients recovering from injuries, pain, weakness, post-surgical needs, or movement limitations
-   Educate patients on home programs and safe progression between visits
-   Complete accurate documentation in WebPT
-   Collaborate with PTAs and other clinical team members

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
-   Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus
-   Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
-   Comfortable working with patients across different ages and activity levels
