## Description

1\. Receiving maintenance complaints from tenants (RAK) and watchmen.

2\. Conducting on-site inspections and site visits as required.

3\. Raising reported issues with maintenance team and contractors, along with coordinating the required works.

4\. Preparing Claim IDs for maintenance-related works.

5\. Submitting maintenance status updates and monthly reports.

6\. Monitoring watchmen-related performance and training progress.

## Requirements

1\. UAE driving license

2\. Arabic, English language preference

3\. Technical knowledge about facilities management

4\. Customer relation work

5\. System, mail and Microsoft office knowledge

**Notes:**

Contract Duration: 3 months

Visa: Candidate must have their own visa

Working Arrangement: On-site + office

Working Hours: 8 working hours + 1-hour break
