**This role is for one of the Weekday's clients**

**Salary range: Rs 3000000 - Rs 6000000 (ie INR 30-60 LPA)**

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage issues related to:

-   PMLA
-   FEMA
-   SEBI proceedings
-   Corporate fraud investigations
-   Economic offences
-   Anti-corruption cases
-   Financial and regulatory disputes

-   Represent clients before:

-   Special Courts
-   High Courts
-   Tribunals
-   Regulatory authorities

-   Prepare drafts for:

-   Bail applications
-   Replies and written submissions
-   Complaints and petitions
-   Legal notices
-   Responses to investigations
-   Regulatory filings

-   Support activities including:

-   Internal investigations
-   Review of evidence
-   Due diligence processes
-   Coordination of forensic reviews
-   Client advisory services

-   Coordinate with agencies and authorities such as:

-   Enforcement Directorate
-   Central Bureau of Investigation
-   Serious Fraud Investigation Office
-   Securities and Exchange Board of India

-   Perform legal research and develop strategic notes on intricate regulatory and criminal law matters.

Proficiency in PMLA and White-Collar Crime

### Good-to-have skills

Background in Corporate Litigation and White-Collar Crime
