## Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented **Electrical Draftsman** with strong expertise in **Revit** to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing electrical drawings and BIM models for MEP projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Prepare detailed **electrical drawings, layouts, and shop drawings** using Revit and AutoCAD
-   Develop **3D BIM models** for electrical systems including power, lighting, ELV, and low current systems
-   Coordinate with mechanical, architectural, and structural teams for clash-free designs
-   Perform **clash detection** and assist in BIM coordination using tools like Navisworks
-   Revise and update drawings based on project changes and site requirements
-   Ensure compliance with **Dubai authority regulations (DEWA, DM, etc.)**
-   Maintain drawing logs, revisions, and documentation

## Requirements

-   Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
-   Minimum **5 years of experience** as an Electrical Draftsman (UAE experience preferred)
-   Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD **(mandatory)** 
-   Experience in **MEP drafting and BIM coordination**
-   Knowledge of electrical systems including **power distribution, lighting, ELV, and low current systems**
-   Familiarity with UAE authority standards (DEWA, Dubai Municipality, etc.)
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
-   Good communication and coordination skills
