Key Responsibilities

-   Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
-   Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence
-   Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and executive summaries
-   Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders
-   Track key projects and ensure deadlines are met
-   Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial documentation when needed
-   Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information
-   Create and improve SOPs, workflows, and administrative processes
-   Handle special projects and serve as the CEO's right hand in day-to-day operations

## Requirements

Qualifications

-   5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Operations Coordinator, or similar high-level administrative role
-   Previous experience supporting a CEO, Founder, Managing Partner, or C-level executive
-   Experience working in an accounting firm, CPA firm, bookkeeping company, financial services firm, or professional services environment is highly preferred
-   Exceptional organizational and time management skills
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
-   Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
-   Experience with accounting and business management software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Karbon, Canopy, TaxDome, or similar platforms is a plus
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
-   High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
