## Description

We seek dynamic, talented, and quality-conscious PowerPoint Specialists to join our team in India. As a PowerPoint Specialist, you will be responsible for creating presentations with standardized formatting that adheres to the client’s brand guidelines. This role requires a keen eye for design, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.

### Key Responsibilities

-   **Innovative and Versatile Executor:** Work at the intersection of technology and design to enhance the efficiency of high-volume presentation template creation. Effectively leverage company resources and tools.
-   **Brand Compliance:** Format and organize slides to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines.
-   **Meticulous Quality Focus:** Ensure presentations are error-free, with designs executed carefully through thorough quality checks and adherence to instructions.
-   **Team Player:** Collaborate closely with leaders to understand detailed brand nuances and deliver final products with a growth mindset. Welcome feedback and make necessary changes or improvements. Share feedback and ideas to help others grow as well.
-   **Time Management:** Work efficiently to meet deadlines.
-   **Agile:** Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in presentation design to continuously refine skills and techniques.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 2-3 years of professional expertise in slide design, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint.
-   Strong design skills to create well-balanced layouts and a sharp attention to detail.
-   Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
-   Ability to work efficiently and provide good quality under tight deadlines.
-   Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
-   Good team player, disciplined executor, and quick learner — able to adjust to changes (ie updated processes or guidance), and proponent of finding fast ways to produce high-quality outputs.
-   Highly organized and capable of understanding design best practices and how to follow brand guidance across a variety of slide types.
-   Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines consistently.
-   Experience working in a corporate environment or agency setting is preferred.
